Welcome to Tabulium. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Tabulium platform and its related services.

By accessing or using the Tabulium platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of the Service

Tabulium is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides artificial intelligence tools to help users analyze, understand, modify, and manage structured data such as spreadsheets and tables (including formats such as CSV or Excel).

The platform and its features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree that:

• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized data.
• You are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, and accuracy of the data you upload.
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• You will not use the platform in a way that could harm other users or the infrastructure of the service.

4. Data Processing and Storage

Files and data uploaded by users are processed only for the purpose of providing the requested functionality of the service. Uploaded data remains the property of the user.

Tabulium may use trusted third-party infrastructure providers to store or process data necessary to operate the service.

The platform stores limited account-related information such as user email address, account credits, and referral data necessary for operating the service.

5. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, modifications, or interpretations of data. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying any results generated by the platform before relying on them for decisions or actions.

6. Accounts and Security

If you create an account on the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Service Availability

Tabulium aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or other technical reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tabulium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if a user violates these terms or misuses the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
