1. Payments
All purchases made on the Tabulium platform are considered final once the service or credits have been activated or delivered to the user's account.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital services, Tabulium does not offer refunds once a subscription, credits, or any paid service has been activated or used.
3. Service Issues
If the platform experiences a verified service disruption or technical issue that prevents normal use of the service, Tabulium may compensate affected users by extending their subscription period.
The extension period will generally correspond to the duration of the service disruption.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- User dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
- Incorrect usage of the platform by the user.
- Change of mind after purchasing credits or subscriptions.
- Failure to use purchased credits or services.
5. Policy Changes
Tabulium reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
